My Story

My name is Tammy Carlson and I opened Loverly in October 2020 after more than 20 years of experience in the retail industry. I studied clothing and textiles in college with a concentration on visual merchandising, and brought my skills to large retailers including Bath & Body Works, Nine West Shoes, Limited Express and another local boutique. However, it was always my dream to have my own clothing store, and not even a global pandemic could get in the way! Living in an Illinois suburb of St. Louis, Missouri, I saw a real need in the community for a women’s clothing store that carried quality brands that people would have to drive across the river to find at stores like Nordstrom. I grew up here in Edwardsville and am passionate about helping this community thrive. Our Return Policy

Unworn Items with original tags still attached may be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase, or within 30 days of a shipped item’s delivery date. A $9.99 fee will be deducted from your refund for mailed returns. If you prefer to return your item(s) at our store, you can find our address below in the "Contact" section. Items returned with a gift receipt will be issued a credit on a LOVERLY Gift Card or merchandise exchange. If you purchased the item with a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex, you will be issued a credit in the form of a LOVERLY gift card which can be redeemed at a LOVERLY store, or at loverlyboutique.com. *Gift Cards may not be returned.

We‘ll hold your order for up to 48 hours so you can pick it up at a time that is convenient for you!

You can purchase your items online and have them shipped to you, or you can pick them up at our store in one to two hours if you are local. Ordering online and picking up in-store allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. Your order will be held at the store for up to 48 hours, or two days.
